Pricing

Dr. Michael offers appointments in 3 different settings:

• In-Office. Dr. Michael is in the office on Mondays and Fridays. This is a great setting for a quiet, private visit in which all questions and exams can be completed. Children and adults are welcome.

• Telemedicine. Visit with Dr. Michael from the comfort of your home. Dr. Michael offers telemedicine, over the phone and secure video, to patients all across Idaho. Certain physical exams are difficult to complete over telemedicine so in-person visits may be needed.

• Home Visits. Let Dr. Michael come to you! This affords many benefits over a traditional in-office visit, including for Dr. Michael to be able to understand the patient’s home setting. Additional travel fees are assessed in addition to the above fees to cover costs and time associated with Dr. Michael traveling to your home in the Extended East Idaho Area.

• Local Idaho Falls Area: FREE (Includes: Idaho Falls, Ammon, Iona, Lincoln, Ucon, Rigby, Shelly, Mitchell)

• Extended East Idaho Area: $30 (Includes: Rexburg, St. Anthony, Teton, Roberts, Menan, Ririe, Basalt, Firth, Blackfoot, and Groveland)

Meet and Greet. Get to know you. Whatever you call it, this is a chance for prospective patients to meet Dr. Michael and see if we’re a good fit.

New Patient Visit

(90 min)

Adult: $299 / Child: $249

We take time with all of our new patients so that we can best know how to help you. This includes a thorough conversation about your health, physical exams, ordering any labs or imaging, and a naturopathic treatment plan.

Follow-Up Visit

(45 min)

Adult: $199 / Child: $149

This focused appointment allows us to follow-up from our previous visit(s), discuss laboratory results or imaging finds, and dive into additional health concerns as we work together on your health journey.

Family Discount: When two (2) or more family members in the same household are patients, we offer a 10% discount for all pay-per-visit appointments. Family discounts for the Focused Care plan are offered differently.

Insurance: We are unable to accept or bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide documentation for patients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement for pay-per-visit appointments. Reimbursement coverage will be determined by individual patient's coverage.
